1) A consultative discussion is held with the customer to map the identified challenges.
2) A plan is built around the identified challenges. This phase forms the To-Be architecture. As part of the discussion, a tool is selected based on the customer’s needs.
3) We will pilot Integration / Automation. We will choose a common area to test with the company’s real data.
4) Integration / Automation implementation and testing is performed. The phase includes architectural work, development work and, if necessary, project work, maintenance and supervision.
